After comparing prices at other florists in town, I decided to order flowers for my sister's funeral from the Floral Haven site. My sister loved yellow and purple. I prayed that this arrangement would be worthy of her service. They were huge, beautiful and fresh. I can't imagine a prettier spray for her casket.

I appreciate the ease in making the selection and payment. Although there was some substitution of the flowers, the end result was just as beautiful and lush as the photo. Additionally, the Sympathy Store was able to provide the spray in a short turnaround time. The Sympathy Store provided a wonderful service with comforting ease.

All of our flowers are designed and delivered by hand from a local florist in in Alpena.

Delivery Policy:
Place your order now and we'll confirm the service date, time and location to ensure your order is hand-delivered on time and reserve the right to adjust your delivery date accordingly. We are able to deliver at the same day when orders are placed before 2:00 PM Monday - Friday, or by 12:00 PM Noon on Saturday and Sunday, in the recipient's time zone. Please note that holiday observances may affect requested delivery dates.

Our florists use only the freshest flowers available, so colors, varieties and containers may vary. In the event that there is a substitution, the florist will only use flowers or containers of equal or greater value.
